Princess Karen
2 oz Raspberry infused Vodka
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz Lillet
4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Mix the above ingredients in a shaker with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel. Shake gently, because the Princess bruises easily, and pour into the glass. Relax and bathe in its beauty.
Notes:
It is best to use a true raspberry infused vodka rather than a "flavored" vodka. This can be made quite simply by taking a glass container of raspberries and filling with 100 proof vodka, just enough to cover the raspberries...no more. Wait for 2 weeks (or until you can't wait any longer) and use for your favorite cocktail, which is of course a Princess Karen.
